Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your Discord ID, username, and avatar (via Discord OAuth).
• Linked characters: the in-game character ID you choose to link to your web account.
• Order data: products purchased, amount, currency, status, timestamps.
• Logs: minimal access logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe / PayPal / Coinbase Commerce handle that on their hosted pages.
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver KP to the right player, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and provide customer support.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce) to process payments; our hosting provider; and Discord (for OAuth login). We do not sell data.

5. Retention

Order records are retained for at least 5 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us through Discord.

7. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
