Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting to one of the KurdLabs servers (KurdLabs RP, KurdLabs Frontier, KurdLabs War), or purchasing KurdLabs Points ("KP"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• If you are under 18, you must have parent or guardian permission to make any purchase.
• You must own a legal copy of the underlying base game (GTA V for FiveM, RDR2 for RedM, Rust on Steam) where applicable.

3. KP and Virtual Items

• KP is a virtual in-game item. It has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• KP is non-transferable between accounts and non-transferable between servers.
• KP may be revoked if it was obtained through fraud, chargebacks, exploits, or any breach of these Terms.
• We may at any time adjust pricing, packages, or the in-game items KP can be redeemed for.

4. Conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit, use unauthorized third-party software, harass other players, share or sell accounts, evade bans, or attempt to compromise server infrastructure.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including without refund, for violations of these Terms or our community rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KurdLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost progress, or in-game items.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
