Refund Policy

KP is a virtual in-game item. Once delivered (credited to your character or issued as a redeem code), KP is treated as digital goods that have begun performance, and is generally non-refundable.
When refunds may be granted
- Failed delivery: if a successful payment did not result in any KP credit or redeem code, we will deliver the KP or refund in full.
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate will be refunded.
- Unspent KP, within 14 days of purchase: we may refund unspent KP at our discretion. Spent KP, redeemed codes, and KP used for in-game items cannot be refunded.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of the account on the affected server, removal of any KP delivered, and a permanent ban if the dispute is upheld. Please open a Discord ticket first — we resolve nearly all issues within 24 hours.

- Open a ticket in our Discord.
- Provide your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
- We respond within 24 hours.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rights). Where applicable law grants stronger rights than this policy, that law applies.
